In February 2014, a rockslide occurred in Tramin in the South Tyrolean lowlands. The Tramin dolomite came down from the mountain into the valley. The hard impact split it into two pieces, but that doesn't matter to a stone. The blocks were cut and gradually made available for interior design and interior decoration. It won't be there forever: That's what makes this special dolomite so beautiful and also valuable.

Anyone searching for gold in the South Tyrolean riverbeds will often find gneiss. It shimmers and glitters a wonderful silver colour. The name is old German and means something like "spark". The gneiss is usually hidden deep in the earth and only comes to the surface under certain conditions – just like your well-earned holiday feelings. That makes these two things real treasures.

Plima apartment for two to four people Double room (two persons), kitchen-living room with dining table and extendable sofa bed (2 persons), bathroom. Wooden floor, WLAN, safe, LCD TV, tea station, kitchen equipment, fridge, bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, towels, and toiletries. "Plima" is a special granite from the Val Martello in Val Venosta. It is named after the river there was taken from this river-bed and re-inserted near yours here in Sole. Some pieces also come from the meadows of local farmers or from rubble cones. So, there is no quarry, Plima is obtained purely from erratic blocks. This makes each stone truly unique.

Wooden floor, WLAN, safe, LCD TV, tea station, kitchen equipment, fridge, bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, towels, and toiletries. Porphyry tells a fascinating story. It originates from the caldera of a volcano that has been extinct for millions of years. Typical of lava rock, the Bolzano porphyry is reddish in colour. Our rock was discovered by chance on a farm. The atypical white inclusions make it a very special piece of stone with a strong character. Its hardness, substance, and beauty make it a building material for eternity.

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. New from December 2025! All our "superior" rooms are furnished with comfortable Boxspring beds. 3rd and 4th bed in the room with high quality bunk beds. You can also look forward to a large 43´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, some rooms with bidet or WC showe, large mirror and hair dryer. Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)

This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.

A small 'feel-good guarantee' across approx. 30 m² of living space! True to the motto: 'Small but beautiful'. In addition to the beautiful view of our horse pasture, you can enjoy a few moments in a quiet atmosphere on your own balcony. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. End your day on the large terrace.

Red Poppy is an 80m² apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, spacious balcony and small garden. There is also a garage available for you. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, shower, WC and bidet. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. If this view is not enough for you, there is also a balcony. Here you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the evening.
