The very small single room with a view of the park is bright and friendly and has satellite TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, bathroom with hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, and balcony. All our rooms are Non smoking rooms

The apartment offers accommodation for 1 to 6 people (80 sqm) and is located on the 2nd floor.

It has 2 double rooms, which are connected to a south-facing balcony, 1 extra bed in one bedroom. Extendable sofa in the living area.

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. Final cleaning: The apartment is to be left in an orderly condition upon departure; rinsing and putting away of dishes, separation and disposal of waste, emptying of refrigerator, etc. If the apartment is not left in a proper condition, we will charge an additional fee of 90,00 €. New from December 2025! All our "superior" rooms are furnished with comfortable Boxspring beds. 3rd and 4th bed in the room with high quality bunk beds. You can also look forward to a large 38´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, large mirror and hair dryer. Some rooms also have a balcony (surcharge € 10.00 / night) Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)

The apartment “Zuckerhut”(37m²) offers a fantastic view on the valley and the mountains. Lightly rooms and a large balcony are expecting You. The kitchen with sleeping-sofa and the bathroom are on 1st floor, a spiral staircase brings You up to the bedroom (attic). The apartment is designate for 2 people. Nevertheless, the comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 person. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains.
