The 32 m² accommodation consists of a living room and bedroom with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a sleeping area with box-spring bed, as well as a bathroom, thus offering space for 2 people. It has a balcony with a view of the Tatschspitze and the Wipptal valley basin with the small village of Mauls. The amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, as well as a shared area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Baby cribs and table seats for children are also available.

The 100 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 7 people. The entire apartment as well as the entrance are barrier-free and suitable for strollers. Amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, and a shared area with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. The AQUARIUS apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern elevator. The AQUARIUS apartment is blue in color. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled country house floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all vacation apartments. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service. A private parking space and a lockable cellar compartment for bicycles or skis are included in the price.

The Rose apartment is decorated in the color of the rose, it is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has a cozy kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, room safe, and a spacious bathroom. The spacious terrace has a sitting area and beautiful view. The equipment includes a mosquito screen by the windows. Apartment Rose has its own parking space and cellar on request.

The apartment SUN is located on the 2nd floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern lift. The flat SUN is kept in the colour yellow.
