Our holiday apartment with garden for max. 5 people (fifth person <14 years) is located in close proximity to the historical center of Vipiteno (3 minutes). On 60 sqm (ground floor) you will find kitchen, living room (sofa bed), bedroom, shower/WC and storeroom.

Botanic room for two people Titanic was once upon a time. When romance is the order of the day, Botanic is where stylish interiors meet sustainable flair. Double room, separate WC and shower. And last but not least: room suitable for allergy sufferers!

In February 2014, a rockslide occurred in Tramin in the South Tyrolean lowlands. The Tramin dolomite came down from the mountain into the valley. The hard impact split it into two pieces, but that doesn't matter to a stone. The blocks were cut and gradually made available for interior design and interior decoration. It won't be there forever: That's what makes this special dolomite so beautiful and also valuable.

Anyone searching for gold in the South Tyrolean riverbeds will often find gneiss. It shimmers and glitters a wonderful silver colour. The name is old German and means something like "spark". The gneiss is usually hidden deep in the earth and only comes to the surface under certain conditions – just like your well-earned holiday feelings. That makes these two things real treasures.

"Plima" is a special granite from the Val Martello in Val Venosta. It is named after the river there was taken from this river-bed and re-inserted near yours here in Sole. Some pieces also come from the meadows of local farmers or from rubble cones. So, there is no quarry, Plima is obtained purely from erratic blocks. This makes each stone truly unique.

It originates from the caldera of a volcano that has been extinct for millions of years. Typical of lava rock, the Bolzano porphyry is reddish in colour. Our rock was discovered by chance on a farm. The atypical white inclusions make it a very special piece of stone with a strong character. Its hardness, substance, and beauty make it a building material for eternity.

The apartment “S. Valentin”(38m²) is a spacious and comfortable attic apartment. From the kitchen and the balcony You enjoy the view of the Tatsch’s peak. From the bedroom (3 beds) You can see the little church of St. Valentin. Perfekt for Your family holiday! The apartment is designate for 3 people. The comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 – 2 persons. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

The apartment “Zuckerhut”(37m²) offers a fantastic view on the valley and the mountains. Lightly rooms and a large balcony are expecting You. The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains. From the kitchen and the balcony You can see the Tatsch’s peak. Small but very cheerful it comes up to all Your expectations! The apartment is designate for 2 people. It´s possible to add a childbed for a little child in the bedroom. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way.
