Our renovated flat has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, an open living-dining area and a small storage room. In the bedroom you will find a spacious walk-in wardrobe, a king-size double bed (1.80 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The living-dining area has a pull-out couch (for two people), a dining table for up to six people and a flat screen TV. On the other hand the kitchen, offers a refrigerator, an oven, an electric cooker and a spacious kitchenette to work out. In addition, the living area impresses with a historic ‘Erker’ - view. The bathroom offers a washbasin, WC, washing machine, bathtub with integrated shower cubicle and a flat-screen TV. GOOD TO KNOW: - The flat is located in the first floor and does NOT have an elevator. - Glasses, plates and cutlery are available. - Final cleaning is included in the price. - Pets are allowed for an extra charge of Euro 20,00.

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro.
