The AQUARIUS apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern elevator. The AQUARIUS apartment is blue in color. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled country house floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all vacation apartments. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service. A private parking space and a lockable cellar compartment for bicycles or skis are included in the price.

The Rose apartment is decorated in the color of the rose, it is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has a cozy kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, room safe, and a spacious bathroom. The spacious terrace has a sitting area and beautiful view. The equipment includes a mosquito screen by the windows. Apartment Rose has its own parking space and cellar on request.

The apartment SUN is located on the 2nd floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern lift. The flat SUN is kept in the colour yellow. This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

The apartment “S. Valentin”(38m²) is a spacious and comfortable attic apartment. From the kitchen and the balcony You enjoy the view of the Tatsch’s peak. The apartment “Zuckerhut”(37m²) offers a fantastic view on the valley and the mountains. Lightly rooms and a large balcony are expecting You. The kitchen with sleeping-sofa and the bathroom are on 1st floor, a spiral staircase brings You up to the bedroom (attic). The apartment is designate for 2 people. The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains. From the kitchen and the balcony You can see the Tatsch’s peak. Small but very cheerful it comes up to all Your expectations! The apartment is designate for 2 people.
