Thanks to the ideal location, you are ready for any adventure – from culture and sports to local cuisine. The highlight is the private garden with sun loungers and a BBQ – your own green oasis in the city. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy views of Mount Rosskopf at breakfast, while in the evening the cozy sofa and the crackling wood stove invite you to unwind. Two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower to make you feel right at home. Free parking, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are at your disposal. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the center, bakery, playground, train station, and the Balneum (sauna & pool). ActiveCard included for plenty of free experiences! The holiday flat awaits you on the ground floor of the farm. We have renovated it from top to bottom, while taking care to retain its authentic character. The wooden floors and the old farmhouse parlour add that rustic touch that will make your holiday even more special

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. New from December 2025! All our "superior" rooms are furnished with comfortable Boxspring beds. 3rd and 4th bed in the room with high quality bunk beds. You can also look forward to a large 43´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, some rooms with bidet or WC showe, large mirror and hair dryer. Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)

This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.

A small 'feel-good guarantee' across approx. 30 m² of living space! True to the motto: 'Small but beautiful'. In addition to the beautiful view of our horse pasture, you can enjoy a few moments in a quiet atmosphere on your own balcony. The flat has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower.

The comfortable two-bed room if perfect for lingering in.

The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.
